Aubergine roasted waiting to have them say PICK ME PICK ME!!! lol

Cinnamon mixture simmering away....Can you SMELL it? lol

    LAYERED

    TA DA!!

    TA DA AGAIN lol

Think I need a red wine after all of this lol

Glad I did and the end results I did not miss!

icon_lol.gif nice to think I'm inspiring.. thanks.....

I have to say though (and its not often I put something negative on a post) but don't use the first photo in anything as the colouring and focus are giving a really odd affect.. on my laptop it looks like a picture of mould ! icon_redface.gif

The other photos however are stunning ... makes me want to be back in Cyprus... and yes I can smell the cinnamon... icon_biggrin.gif
Looks a well prepared dish and its great to see what goes into the making of things with the step by steps.... Its a technique that more people should adopt, more so those producing recipe books/website as following a written recipe is great but seeing what you are actually trying to achieve in each step makes it so much clearer....icon_smile.gif

    Great work, lovely lovely dish

    Gday and big thanks

You know by now, I welcome all comments as there is no way to appreciate ALL the good ones without having some constructive criticism ones too!

Glad the cinnamon smell permeated your computer too! As is sitting in the kitchen and can STILL smell the aromas too!

Thanks for your time and replies, comments and in you just being YOU! icon_smile.gif Which IS appreciated by me too!

Hope not one ever feels like they can't tell it like it is always here too!
