It's Independence celebration time again, so that means food, and lots of it. Belt-expanding breakfasts, long, leisurely comidas, and visits to those late night taco stands are all part of the celebration. If you're not lucky enough to be invited to some abuela's house for comida, don't despair. Celebrate with:

    GORDITAS

    TACOS AL PASTOR

    GUISADO

    QUESADILLAS

    CARNITAS

    CALABACITAS

    PAN (BREAD)

    CONCHAS

    HORCHATA

    AGUAS FRESCAS
