I took your Stroganoff photo and played:
If you felt like I was overstepping, please let me
know. The one that you took with your phone looks
just fine, but I had to play.

I just copied it,saved it to my photos then
re posted it to Photo Bucket. Then I did
some editing. if you haven't tried Photo Bucket, give it a shot and see
what you think. The site is free, I've been using it for years. icon_smile.gif

Halloweenfairy, I am so pleased icon_biggrin.gif that you're not upset by the edit!

It does look great now, thanks, Chef S (I know you did it with love!)

It was too dark before, but as it was taken with a cellphone one cannot expect the photo to be perfect. Great job, both of you!! icon_lol.gif

Halloweenfairy -- go on posting photos, please!wave.gif If you do own a camera, try that. Even the small point-and-shoot ones are very good these days!

Ask Chef Shapeweaver what a long way she's come as a food photographer, and she did it in double-quick time! Hope to see another of your photos soon, Fairy! icon_wink.gif wave.gif

To be honest I never alter my photos, once in a blue moon I might crop and edge (usually to remove some offending item out of the photo like a mat that I didn't want in shot or side of table etc)...

I like the crop of this, it seems to force the dish out at you more... here is your meal sir.. type thing..
