My daughter doesn't seem to like eating squash, which I think she got from my husband. My husband hates veggies, though, but at least my daughter eats a few.
Anyway, I really wanted to make my daughter eat squash, but how can I do that aside from making it into a muffin?

You can shred zucchini and add it to spaghetti sauce. Roast and puree butternut to use as pasta sauce or veggie dip. Bake acorn squash and put it through a ricer or mash it with sweet potatoes.
I love squash!

Spaghettie squash is great. Bake with salt pepper and olive oil. Use a fork to scrape it out-it should look like spaghettie noodles. Add pasta sauce serve up like pasta. It has a sweetness kids love.
i have 4 of my own 2 who are very picky eaters. good luck.
