Oh Mickey, this is just great!! It's really not easy to take a photo like this, from above, on to a flat baked surface, but your photo is brilliant. The lighting is wonderful -- how did you manage it? Must have been daylight? icon_biggrin.gif

    WHOO HOO and thank you!

It was NOT easy to take the photo as I took many then said BUGGA and delete...I changed the angle of the photo, added the balls and the sun shined through JUST as I was taking the photo

of course the photo editing which auto edits re colour helps too! LOL!

    WHOO HOO

    Thank you!

Seriously, this is a YUM recipe too that I am proud to make as the first attempt ended up in disaster as I used wax paper as opposed to baking paper, and um, well, we all know HOW that turned out lol lol

    live and learn!

I can see a nice slice of that with some roasted tomatoes, maybe some chunks of roated red onion just cascading down the side... very nice...

and indeed a creative shot for something flat... I usually go for something really low down just skimming the top with flat things, really close up so the the "bits" create texture and interest in the photo
