Ok, I don't know if I am having a senior moment or what, but I am not seeing where to open my recipes I have saved.
I'm sure it's right there but darn if I am finding it.
Help Please.

All of your personal stuff is collected under the blue box next to your icon - just hover over that and your cookbooks will be in the left hand column.

Click on your user name and your About Me page will open ~ your recipes are there! Or, click the arrow in the blue rectangle beside your avatar and you'll see lots of your MY stuff! (recipes, reviews, etc)

It's not you! In the last update they put in a new navigation bar and hid everything!

Thank you Chocolatl, you make me feel better about not being able to find it. I do not understand why when they change things they don't send out a "letter" explaning the changes and how to do things. It would be so much nicer for their fans. I can't see how it would be that hard to do, given they send out emails to us on a regular basis.
Just would be nice is all.

You're welcome! They kind of blind-sided us with this one.
They need to make the site more user-friendly than it is now. They want to attract new members, but when the site is this hard to negotiate, new users won't be back.

I agree with you. Just let us members know when they change things how we can find them. I don't think I am the only one that has had troubles finding things. One would think they would want to make it eaiser not harder. Do you think if some of us wrote to them about the frustration it would help?

There's a thread describing where various things were moved to in Customer Support. It's stickied and titled "New Navigation Bar".

Sure. And how many people haunt the CS board just for the fun of it?
I don't think new users would ever look at that. People don't want to have to go through a tutorial just to use a site.

Just letting her know in case she (or others reading this thread) has trouble finding other things that were moved. Don't shoot the messenger, I didn't put it there.

I know. It's not you I'm mad at, it's the new layout.

Bottom line. They just don't make it user friendly and it is upsetting to the average person. Really, I see no reason why they cant make it easier. Not all of us are technology savoy. At least I know I am not, that is for sure!

It's a forum. Use the box towards the top of the page that says, "Go to forum...", click on the up/down arrows, scroll down through the forum list and click on "Customer Support" (next to last on list) and it will take you there.
