    O'kay I will be the first to say I am not a Gordon Ramsay Fan but this series I like (there is some profanity but considering the siutation that is expected) but overall very interesting/

    He is training the inmates so they can run a catering business of sorts from inside prison as such - they prepare the food and then it goes out to establishments for them to onsell - I only watched part of the first episode and seen shorts so can't give you much information as said not a big fan of Ramsay.

    I'm not a fan either; but that sounds like a pretty neat program, I hadn't heard about it before.
