    I learned how to make pastitsio from my sister, who lives in Greece.. I mastered the dish so well that it has become one of my most requested dishes. One of DD's friends, when she tasted it for the first time, described it as heaven on a fork. What a great compliment!

    This is my recipe. Pastitsio 329770. Pastitsio is a wonderful 'Greek Lasagne' that has a delicious creamy top layer, Like the clouds of heaven. icon_biggrin.gif
