Molly, Thanks for posting this, I just had time to watch it today. I do have a question for you though. Are food allergies always protein related? She mentioned the protein in apples and a medium apple only has .47 g of protein, which is not even enough that it would be listed on most nutrient charts. Everything she mentioned is considered a higher protein foods that say fruits and veggies. I have no food allergies although I had allergy tests (Rast) testing that showed I was allergic to some, but they really just make me uncomfortable for a short while and some don't even do that. Neither of which was a protein related food either.
