    This is a cappucino or latte, I think, and then they use a stencil to make the heart with cocoa. I don't think it's freehand. Usually you see the foam art.

    Welcome to the NA/ME forum.

    That picture is so very photoshoped that I doubt much is real about it. I think that you could come very close to recreating it buy doing what dounyte said. You would likely need a very strong milk foam though.
