Need a hot meal that would not heat the house up and weekend cooker’s Stuffed Green Peppers With Corn 485350 fit the bill.
Now comes the hard part, which photo to post? The first one is not as rich in color but is a sharper photo and the second is rich in color but not as sharp. icon_rolleyes.gif

    Which one should I post?

Although I love the first one ... I have to vote for #2.

Delicious. I love corn in stuffed peppers. I do it often and it is so good.
