What are you packing in school lunches?

My kids pack their own lunches and are looking for ideas. They do have a microwave available, but there's often a wait....and lunch break is only 45 minutes.

Note: Neither kid likes tuna or lunchmeat sandwiches. And the school forbids any nut products.

Any easy bento box ideas would be great also!
