Last week I looked at the lovely peaches sitting on the tree I planted late last summer. There weren't that many of them - about 10, what with the storms - but they were just lovely. I thought to myself, hmm, I'll pick these on Sunday, they will be perfect. Between Friday and Sunday the squirrels got to them - I first thought it was kids, but my neighbor saw a squirrel gnawing away at one. THEY TOOK EVERY ONE OF THEM!!!! They apparently took all the peaches and apricots from my other neighbor's well established trees!!!!

I will have to do some netting or something similar next year..... icon_evil.gif
