thanks for.the kind welcome . I am just learning to cook my wife though who is born in Armenia is a great cook both Armenian and Russian cuisine . looking at your title here on the boards do you have any simple recipie for peirogi dough ? My wife makes great blini , blinchinks and pelmeni but I would love to learn how to make peirogi ??
