Good Morning ladies!
Mmmm, lots of yummy cooking going on! I love the sound of that almond ice-cream. It is ice-cream weather for sure. Sadly I have to be inside a very, very hot room underneath the roof top at uni every day. I feel like cooking in my own juices up there. Hahaha!
Make it a great one!

I've forgotten to report a couple of fantastic recipes made this month:
First, Loula's Gewuerzplaetzchen (Traditional German Spice Cookies) was a great treat to serve at a big family gathering. Then Umm's scrumptious Almond Ice Cream (Dairy Free) was enjoyed a few days later. Made me realize my freezer was set way too cold because no amount of muscle could serve the icecream straight from the freezer! So thank you Umm for lowering my electrical bill!
I also have an asparagus recipe from Loula that I need to do. But unlike the US when every thing is available every day, here the stores follow the seasons much more. So I'm going to have to find a sub...

I found a real winner in Loula's Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie With Polenta Crust. (Swapped for the asparagus recipe I had originally chosen.)
That should catch me up for the month and I'm now going to sign up for September. See you all there!
