for Nurse Janey I will make Couscous With Olives and Lemon

for Kiwi Kathy I will make Tomato and Chicken With Feta

re dropping numbers, I agree that its a little harder to find, and maybe we should invite new Aussie members to check us out? Or how about another invitation swap? Everyone invites someone to join their team?

I'm going to have to make a change to my recipe selection for mummamills. When I went to buy the ingredients for her Warm Beef Salad capsicums were $4.99 each and cucumber also around $5 each. icon_sad.gif So I'll make instead her Saturday Steak as I had already purchased the rump steak. Sorry about the inconvenience. Salad vegetables seem to be hugely expensive this winter in NZ.

Have made and reviewed Kiwi Kathy's "Fish Fillets With Lemon and Caper Sauce". Took no time with thawed tilapia fillets, and have found a new prep for fish dinners !

Have made, eaten, ENJOYED, and reviewed gailanng's "Chewy Squares", a real find ! Sorry we didn't take a photo, but it looked exactly like the one posted. Our eyes tricked us to expect a lemony flavor, and think that would be a good addition next time. Used neufchatel cheese, and worked fine. Will take this to the DGKs next week !
