Wow. Thank you for the lovely photo and review. Good spotting about the garlic. I hadn't realised that that vital ingredient had been omitted. There should be 3 cloves of garlic included. I have now amended the recipe. Thanks again.

Hi Team Mates. I've just spent ages pouring over your recipes and have finally made my pics. (Work can wait awhile).
For Mummamills I'll make her Warm Beef Salad
For Nurse Janey I'll make "no Egg" Tomato Soup Cake
And for gailanng it will be Toffee Apple Upside Down Cake

While I was looking around the recipes I was wondering why the particpation rate has dropped off over the last 2 months. Just a thought, could it be because the Tabs have changed on the front page and 'Community Forums' aren't showing. It might just be due to the northern summer and their holiday season, but I don't remember the participation rate dropping off so much in previous years. I don't think I received a reminder email this time, but I had already registered in July and that may be the reason. Any other thoughts and what we can do to 'crank' the participation levels up again?

I think all of the games/swaps are a bit slower now because of ZWT....

I don't think there is as much activity on the site all around. This is the only "game" I participate in, and I don't do nearly as many general reviews. Most days there are 6-9 pages of reviews -- there used to be 15 +. I think many of us got tired of being blown off when there were problems which seemed to go on forever. I have always enjoyed the folks on Aus/NZ -- so maybe it is just July/August, and will pick up after vacations.
