When anyone visit kuwait and ask there about their most popular and delicious dishes .almost most of kuwaiti said in one word "Machboos". I can't explain fully about it's taste if you don't take the dishes.I was in kuwait about 5 years.So,I have more experience about the variety taste of Arabic Machboos.
