Hi Andi. It has been a crazy summer. My house is now a mess. The upstairs has boxes all over the place. The downstairs has pictures laying everywhere. I will be so glad when the move is over. I did make

Paula, you're an astonishing lady! I don't think I'd manage making and photographing such beautiful dishes during moving mess. Heck, I barely keep up with everything without moving
I've made some awesome dishes for the tour, no photos, but I'll share none the less:
Nif's Aussie Style Burger With the Lot for the gluten free challenge
Dienia B.'s Huevos Divorciados - highly recommendable! So easy to make but utterly yummy, and they look pretty, too. This was the first time we ever had tomatillos.
Dreamgoddess' Yummy Bacon Sweet Potatoes
Andi, hope you keep your good spirits in that mess - can't think what's worse, moving or the kitchen broken down. O well, a new kitchen sure is motivating

I wish I had a kitchen, cause I would love to have all these! I probably can do the sweet potatoes out on the grill.....

Can't even begin to imagine how you manage to feed your folks these days! How much longer will you be without kitchen?

Hi Mia! Well, it's going and should be done maybe by the 21st ~ enough to let me at least move some of the stuff back in the cabinets. I understand how paula feels...it's a bit unnerving!
How's tour? I bet it's wonderful!! I was sure smart to decline, only because of not having a kitchen.....and all the upandcoming "stuff".

Hi guys. The eggs were wonderful as were the lamb shanks. We are having Penne With Smoked Salmon and Peas by Rita tonight. That leaves only a very things in the freezer. The scary part is when we get relocated we are going to spend a bundle on restocking.
Andi how is the kitchen coming? I remember remodeling our kitchen. We have done that in 2 of the houses we have lived in. The sandwich looks wonderful.
Mia, hope you are enjoying yourself on the tour. The moving is pretty much at a standstill at the moment. I have put in disconnect notices on utilities and a change of address with the post office. One week from today we will be hitting the road headed east. This whole year has been about moving. I will be glad when it is over.
I'm off to have lunch with a friend. Catch you later.

When will the wedding take place? I remember the beautiful photos from the last one
The countries of the tour are great choices, we have had somer *really* splendid eating.
Now that I come to think - I just realised that the diabetes challenge is taking place here, of course - I never thought of updating anything because Paula is a tour host, so it just didn't occur to me that maybe I should help?
It's quite late now, but is there anything I can or should do?
Sorry for being so thoughtless

Mia, don't worry about it. If you have spare time and want to double check me to make sure I haven't missed anybody that would be great. If not don't sweat it.
