Just a friendly reminder, we are half way though the contest.

Please let me know if you have questions. icon_biggrin.gif

I've submitted two, only one has been made public, should I be concerned about the other one?

My third recipe was published this morning, but my second entry which was sent in either Wed or Thurs. of last week has never been published. Should I resubmit? Who should I be talking to?
Galley Wench, all recipe submissions in the queue were processed yesterday. Would you re-submit your recipe and I'll watch for it.

Kathy . . . just resubmitted, hope you got it this time.
I just processed your recipe. You'll get a confirmation message, and the recipe will appear on tomorrow's RSC Contest page.

    Black Bean Chili Mole #RSC

    Good Luck in the Contest!

    saucyames,

    I see "#RSC" in your recipe title/header:

Sweet Potato Burgers Avocado Salsa and Garlic Spread #RSC

I'm not sure what you mean by "sponsored by reynolds wrap box." Do you mean the Contest page:

    http://www.food.com/contests/reynolds-wrap

The above contest page does not update immediately. It updates once a day, so recipes processed/published today do not show up on that page until tomorrow.

If you go to the above Mole recipe for example Black Bean Chili Mole #RSC - Which was also processed today, as well as mine, you will notice that they have the addition of some of the reynolds wrap sponsorship stuff tha tdoesn't show up on my page when you click on my recipe

Ah, I see what you are talking about now. I'll check to see why some of the contest recipe pages look different. But don't worry Your recipe is in the contest.

Sorry to confuse you, they're all published, but for some reason I'm not getting notifications when they are published. I do get notifications for forums such as this and reviews, just not of when recipes are made public.

Hmmm, I'm not sure why. I'll pass the info along to Liza. The only possibility I can think of is that new recipe emails might come from a different email address, and your mail program has that email address flagged as spam.

GW: Can you send an email to help@food.com and give them the full details of what is going on? Which emails you're getting, which not? They will be able to get in there and fully figure out what is going on. tx!

I agree with you WiGal ... I noticed some recipe submissions were from people who had just joined that day. And, the review on the tilapia recipe was from someone who had joined that day as well. Hmmmmm.

And, Sue Lau's recipe is from someone else. I"m just not clear on how this contest is run.

Was recently clued into this issue on the last contest by a FB friend so have been doing a little research . . . looks like it's all happening again. What is amazing on the past contest is that many of the "new members" only reviewed the winners recipes. Looks like some of them are back again.
Sad to see this happen to a contest . . . Hope Reynolds Wrap sees what is happening.

Hello! Welcome to the contest. Once your recipe is live, there should be a blue button that reads "Add Your Photo".

Click on that button and upload your photo. Any submissions/corrections usually take a day to process and show up on the contest page. Good luck!
