    Roasted Pineapple Sage Ice Cream

    I used my enormous growing sage in the pic, but in the recipe, the pineapple sage in the garden.








    I haven't posted pics in forever! Any changes or suggestions, feel free!!!

    oh, the sauce is a butterscotch caramel we got at the annual chocolate festival last May.

    Love the sound of the ice cream, and it looks very yummy!!

    Personally, I prefer photo #1 -- I think maybe photo #2 has "distractions" to the right -- your hob.

    The hob in full view does work with some food photos, such as a stew in a pot. What I sometimes do is cover a background which does not enhance a photo, with a folded tablecloth, or a tea tray, or even a kitchen towel!

    I think I prefer #1,maybe it should be lightened up a little,
    but other than that the photo looks so good. icon_smile.gif

    I vote for #1 it looks and sounds Soooo yummy! Never would have thought to use sage for garnish with ice cream.
