bojangles chicken copycat

Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster

Looking for a bojangles chicken recipe. I LOVE there chicken. I have been looking for a copycat recipe for along time and still have not found one. Can anyone PLEASE help?

I'm sure the chain is pleased that its recipe has not become available.

The only description I saw was that it's a spicy Cajun styled fried chicken. One person commented that the batter coating is on the thinner side than is Popeyes.

Perhaps one of these recipes would be similar enough for you to tweak further. Or - who knows? - you might find one of them to be even better.
