I have an odd occurrence. I've tried twice to make Mia's Deviled Eggs and both times the cooked eggs have been unusable for this recipe as the yolks are right up against the shell on one side. At first I thought they must be old but the expiration date hasn't come yet and they look fine when I break them for baking, etc.
Anyone else ever had this happen?

I rarely make deviled eggs, so usually don't care if my yolks are centered. Found a few suggestions on what to do:

Never had that either! Really odd!
But I have messed up your cardamom cookies - got 'em burnt While making them, I discovered that my fridge didn't close tightly because of ice, so I hurried to get rid of the ice, and meanwhile the cookies burnt up
Now I have to make them again.
Not multi tasking here!

Ramadan Tag is now closed.
Thank you everyone for playing. We have several outstanding tags to be completed as quickly as possible. I'm giving a two week extension for catching up but please do try to get them soon (yes, I'm talking to myself too!)
Please check pg 1 to see if and what you have owing.
Thanks very much.
