LOL! We use to do real camping too. My DH and I as kids (not together), we did real tent camping, and then I was a Girl Scout leader for 15 years and we always went camping in tents. But when D H and I got older we bought several motorcoaches from 27feet to the one we have now which is 42 feet long with 4 slides and it is a diesel pusher. We bought it in 2009 and and two years ago we decided to try to sell it when my D H became retired. However, since we couldn't sell it do to the bad economy, we decided to use it so that is what we are doing now. LOL! icon_biggrin.gif

My hatred of real camping was ingrained the first time I did it. It was hideously cold at night. So cold that I couldn't sleep even in a sleeping bag wearing 2 pair of socks, jeans, a sweater and a jacket. I wasn't impressed in the least that we had to use a fold up frame supporting a toilet seat with a plastic bag beneath it. Everything we ate was burned to one degree or another from cooking on a camp fire and so on. It was horrible and I couldn't even gripe because I was with my friends family who said that it was ok for me to go along after she begged and pleaded for two weeks. I was about 12 and the memories last to this day.

I wish I could forget that camping trip and remember where I put my coffee 3 mins ago! icon_rolleyes.gif

Sounds yummy. I might have to try this recipe the next time I come across some ground chicken.
