Hola and Good Day, ZWT teams!

Yes, we seem to have a glitch in that sponsors’ recipes are somehow making their way into our ZWT regional Cookbooks when using the search feature. We are working on this issue with CS, but in the meantime we have no control over when these recipes appear.
So we are asking team captains to remind all team members that recipes made and reviewed for any ZWT region (required or extra recipes, regional challenges, Bonuses, Hidden Keys, Zingo, etc) must nave been submitted by a current ZWT player. Posted completions of sponsors' recipes will not count for any ZWT points.

Deadlines
Firm deadlines are in place for ZWT8. This is intended to help captain's obtain needed information from players as well as providing your Tour Hosts timely info in order to complete scoring.

There are three deadlines in place:
1) Player Deadline: All players must have their posts in the proper threads AND the team thread by the 11:59pm deadline. (Do notice the lone 5pm deadline exception.) Nothing posted after this time may be accepted and/or included on the team scorecard.
2) Captain's Workspace Deadline: This deadline is for the captain (or whomever is editing the team scorecard.) All choices for the Team 15, selections from the Gift Shop, and completion of all challenges must be in place. NO changes are allowed to a workspace after the 11:59pm deadline.
The list of SI's & Lucky Pryamid Lotto will be posted on pg 1 of this thread after the workspace deadline.
3) Scoring Report Deadline: A scoring report form will be posted at the end of each round in the designated box below. Captains will use this form to turn in the team's points. Streamlining the reports should make the scoring process easier for all.

Please note: When a cookbook is submitted it cannot be altered in any way- this means no changes! Repeating..... NO CHANGES OR DELETIONS. The cookbook must stay in place until the end of the tour. Any additional recipes must be submitted in a NEW cookbook each time. **If the team wants to create a cookbook for team use of approved recipes- make a new complete cookbook.

The site staff has requested all recipe submissions be finalized by noon (eastern) on August 10th. They hope to rush ZWT recipes through the queue, but do need time during their workday to do so.

It's timed for our final cookbook collection period. This one should be super easy & pain free. LOL

It's time to collect recipes for the Zingo Express Round. What's Zingo you ask? It's a special time to focus attention on players who haven't received many reviews on their posted recipes during the Tour. They might have been overlooked for any number of reasons, but we want everyone to have a chance in the spotlight. Zingo also presents additional bonus opportunities for the teams.

What to do:
~Determine a rough estimate of how many reviews were received by all team mates. We've asked each player to keep a running total & this is where it comes into play. Team members should speak up & share this information.
~All players who didn't receive at least 10 reviews will contribute recipes to the Zingo round.
~They will select any THREE recipes of their choice & post them for the Cookbook Guru in the team thread.
~They can be anything, but time for this round is short so make your recipe selections wisely. The recipes MUST already have been approved & in one of the ZWT8 AllPlayer Cookbooks.
~ The Cookbook Guru will collect all recipes for the team into one Zingo Cookbook & turn it in at the Cookbook Depot before the deadline.
~Our Cookbook Wizard will then compile all into one ZWT8 All Player Zingo Cookbook.
