OMG I Love My New Weber!

We're a Weber family, as you can see...

Our newest addition is the Genesis 310. It's my favorite Weber so far. The flavor bars make wood chips unnecessary. It has three burners which makes indirect cooking a breeze and temperature control is so much easier than the Performer charcoal grill.

We broke it in using Rita's Chicken Legs Grilled recipe...Best grilled chicken I've ever eaten. Thank you Rita.

Tomorrow I'm going to try a 2 pound pork roast.

I'm looking for a rub that enhances the meat, without overpowering it.

    Any suggestions?

    That's a great grill.

I'd recommend a rub without sugar unless temps stay under 325F.

and: Grilled Steaks With Mustard-Herb Rub should work well with pork.
