I'm here, I'm here! My internet access is super limited right this minute. But I like the Honeys or Sages either one for a name.

I am not much in the way of providing recipes, BUT I cook the TAR out of 'em so you can count on me for that.

I have also done some other types of challenges in the past.

    Looking forward to the fun!

btw, my name is Kelly and I live in Southwest Virginia...

I can set up a secret thread....I'm on facebook, but really don't like to use it. So if everyone is okay with it, I'll set up a yahoo group. To do so, I'll need everyone's e-mail address.....not your food.com e-mail, your regular e-mail address. I'll set the group up once we have a name and then you will receive e-mails asking you to join. Then we can plan our strategy without spying eyes. icon_lol.gif

Hopefully our remaining two team members will check in soon
.................otherwise we might just need to send out a search party

Why don't we just zmail each other? It's just as private, and no one but us will know what we are talking about.

Ma Field, I can look at the recipes you posted, and see if any of them fit our regional categories.

I was just responding to Melissa's (Muffin Goddess) reply that she didn't know how to set up a private group.

I don't think you can z-mail more than one person at a time....at least not that I know of; plus everyone couldn't see the other teammates replies. I've never been on a ZWT without a private thread.....but there is always a first. Just thought it might help with our strategy planning. I think I should just stick to cooking. icon_lol.gif

Hi all! Checking in briefly from a hotel. Great to see you Dorit and Kelly!!! I would love it if you set up a Yahoo Group for us, Lynette. I haven't been on a team without one either. Thanks!! icon_biggrin.gif

Julie, I'm another one from this team who has NO clue how to do a banner!! icon_lol.gif

I love that Kelly is ready to cook the tar outta the recipes rotfl.gif I will be too! Plus I'll do whatever challenges are needed.

A big thank you to Melissa for heading up our team (possibly the curvaceous herbaceous honeys..hehe) and to SC for being our Cookbook guru (I have done that job in the past and know how much effort goes into it). Also to Dorit for volunteering as our First Mate..I've done that one, too. icon_smile.gif Lots of work goes into these volunteer positions. Thanks!

Are we just waiting for Sharon? Oh Sharrrrrrrrrooooooonnnnnnnnn!! That should work. icon_wink.gif

I think we are also waiting on Florida Native.

Ditto on all the thanks to Muffin Goddess (Melissa), Student Chef, and Dreamer in Ontario (Dorit) for volunteering for leadership positions. I know it takes up a lot of time. Really appreciate your jumping in and doing the job!

What type of picture goes with a Curvaceous, Herbacious Honey? Any suggestions?

Oh that's right...thanks. Lynette, I'll send you my email. Hope your weekend is off to a good start.

Just a thought, for those who may not want to join the Yahoo Group, I could copy and paste whatever takes place there and try to send it via email to that person(s). What do you all think?

No visual on a picture to go with that name. icon_lol.gif

Tomorrow I'm doing a Great Lakes Challenge with my family (we named it that...our idea that we are doing on our own). We are going to go swimming - all 4 of us have to be completely submerged - in each of the 5 Great Lakes in 1 day. Wish me luck... I'll try to check in from the hotel tomorrow night if there is wifi. wave.gif

Okay, we are all up to date with our private cookbooks, and are still waiting for Sharon123 and Florida Native. Maybe our fearless leader can give them a shout out.

And it looks like Jubes will help with the banner, so maybe we can come up with a good name, and she can come up with an awesome banner to go along with it.

P.S. I like Breezermom's idea of Herbacious Honey. Maybe we can add an S at the end of Honey.

    Hi everyone!
I guess we really got stuck with a tough color to work with for a team name, huh? Usually we'd have whole lists to choose from. icon_lol.gif
If we end up settling on Curvaceous Herbaceous Honeys, we could probably hunt down some variation of a pinup girl type images for the banner.

Has Sharon123 checked in yet, or should we send out the bat signal for her? Maybe she's waiting at the wrong flight gate? icon_lol.gif

You're going to have to send them both a zmail. It's quite possible they didn't know teams have already been formed.

You're probably right, SC. I'm not sure I would've known about the teams being formed either if it wasn't for Susie D's zmail about being captain. I've zmailed both of them, so hopefully we'll hear from them soon.
