    Step 7 says to broil the dish until it's done.

    icon_eek.gif I don't think broiling it for 40 minutes is correct or safe, especially with the chicken on top of the potatoes! The chicken would be overcooked, maybe burned, and the potatoes would not be done. Personally, I'd bake it at 350 or 375 for 40 to 50 minutes (or until it's cooked), then finish under the broiler if it hasn't browned, although it should.

    I did not really read through the recipe, but I have now and I agree with Zeldaz - broiling is meant to be short term, not like this. Zeldaz's suggestion makes more sense.

    YIKES! Another chef chiming in and I concur.

    I would cover with foil to prevent it drying out & bake as chefs Z&D recommend.
    If you would like to brown the top, after baking, then put it under the broiler for a few minutes but watch it closely so it does not burn.

    Also, the baking time is approximate, based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
