Since then, I have had some great meals, but because of the delicious home cooked food, and the warm hospitality, I have never forgotten that meal. My Tiffin menu is an attempt to duplicate that delicious lunch, because that is what I imagine an Indian wife would send her husband to eat at lunchtime

I went from so excited to so sad. I called and he said he wouldn't be able to have one in for a month, so I won't be getting my Tiffin after all. I did buy a Thali plate that I used for our Indian feast, I've attached the picture below - the leftovers went to my sweetie for the Tiffin challenge as reported on page 6.
