Group 1 Anzac Biscuits

I have made and reviewed Elmotoo's "Blueberry Upside Down Cake -- Pouding Aux Bleuets". We enjoyed it for dessert last night, -- I think it truly should be served warm after baking. Flavors are lovely, and warmed over for breakfast was a treat !!

Thanks. We're heading from Oklahoma to Nebraska today.
South America in a few weeks! Plans went off the rails, so exact route
being finalised.

My dad used to say when you owned a car and it broke down that was the part of the joys of owning it and when you where travelling and well something didn't gp qiite right that was the joys of travel but in both cases hopefully you either learnt something or maybe experienced something you would not have had otherwise.

That's exactly how we look at it Pat.

We were going with Kumuka on 10 August. They went bust last week.
After chasing opportunities and dreams, and being told we were TOO OLD
for certain trips and that others were full, we are going with Oasis, who I
wanted to go with in the first place, but the timing was out.

So when you're packed and waiting to do something, timing doesn't matter.
Now we'll keep ourselves occupied until the trip starts on 17 September.
