Smaller groups may have an extra person added to them in the first week after the swap begins (to allow for late-comers)
We send out a friendly reminder to people who fail to finish their tags in the month. If you choose more than one recipe from your team members but actually only make one, you won't get a reminder as we only ask you to make at least one.
Sign ups have closed for this swap, see below for your group . If you've missed this swap but would like to participate in future swaps you can add your name to the reminder list below and we'll send out a z-mail before the next one:

Thank you for adding me to the list...I would have missed the sign-up as I was at Harmony By the Bay (a free all day concert in the park event promoting Christian artists) with 2 of my daughters and the kids from one of their youth groups. At the very end of the event my one daughter had a serious asthma attack (1st one in over 5 yrs.) along with issues stemming from a Sensory Processing disorder. She had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. Thankfully they were able to get her O2 sats. up, so she was able to be discharged. Just got home...it's 3:20 a.m. and my crazy kid reminded me to set my alarm for church.
I will be looking over everyone's recipes at a more decent hour today, and will hopefully have my choices posted by tomorrow.

Hi Team Mates. I am so pleased to have found some recipes that are friendly with the Dukan Diet I am currently on. So far have lost 10kg's and just trying to shed another couple of kg's which is taking a bit longer than I had hoped. So it is with great delight that I will be making I'm Pat's Spinach, Tomato and Ricotta Omelette and Mersaydee's Quinoa Sprouts.

Great recipe of mine to lose weight, Kathy!
I should make a batch myself! After going on Weight Watchers about 2 years ago I've gained 15 pounds. Now that I'm off it, I think I can lose the weight. Plus the 15 I went on it to lose in the first place!
I'm a huge fan (no pun intended) of WW. I was in it and not mentally prepared for it. Plus I'm an accountant, so I cannot possible track points. Un unh. No way. I highly recommend WW for those who desire to do math constantly throughout your day!

Hi Mersaydees. This is what I'm loving about the Dukan Diet. No counting, I can eat as much as I like (it just takes a bit of planning each day) and it is working a treat. I'm mostly office bound as well, (estate agent) and have never been a fan of regular exercise, though I do like walking when the weather permits.
