Yes they are. As a cooking note, here in Maine fresh cranberries are not in season right now, they are a winter item. I love cranberries so much, as does Sydney Mike as he has TONS of cranberry recipes, I buy them in season and freeze them. I try to use them up before next season. Obviously, food.com helps! These also plumped back up because I marinated this recipe overnight as it instructed.
