MERP'd Arroz con Pollo (Baked Chicken and Rice) #60320 by PanNan!
I used a chocolate bell pepper and green pepper from my garden (and tomatoes from there too).
I bought some saffron and Spanish olive oil to keep it as authentic as possible too. Very nice meal!
