ZWT All Players Cookbook ~ Great Britain and Ireland

As the Country celebrates the 60th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the throne, there’s never been a better time to visit Great Britain, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

Imagine your surprise when you open your mail to find that you have won an amazing contest!
You and your team have won a 1 week vacation to Great Britain and a Tour of the country with your favourite Great Britain/Ireland Celebrity Chef!

You are awarded spending money and unlimited access to the country (it really is an amazing contest!!)

Part One:

Tell your story
~ Choose a Celebrity Chef from Great Britain/Ireland/Scotland or Wales that will travel with you and your team.
~ Tell us why you chose this Chef.
~ Where did you go and what did you see and do? Please include each member of your team in your story!
~ Include any photos you find that you would like us to see

Part Two:

A Celebrity Menu

Plan a special menu with at least 5 items that a Great Britain/Ireland celebrity chef would cook using local and traditional British ingredients.
~ Use recipes from ZWT All Players Cookbook ~ Great Britain and Ireland
~ Post the live menu link to your menu at the end of your story
~ Make and review ONE of the recipes from your menu. Explain why you decided to choose that particular recipe to make.

Please remember to:

~ Post your Story and Menu along with your Team Banner in this thread
~ Post your review and photos (if any were taken) as usual to the recipe.
~ Post your completion of the recipe and live link in this thread. (Include your team name)

... I'll be doing this challenge for the Chefs Gone Wild, have chosen Heston Blumenthal as my celebrity chef & am looking forward to our collaboration.

... I have 1 question to clarify. May I assume that recipes selected for the menu &/or the recipe made & reviewed DO NOT NEED to be selected from the All Players Cookbook

The challenge details do not say that, so my assumption is right

One week vacation to Great Britain and a Tour of London with our favourite Great Britain/Ireland Celebrity Chef.
After Wrestling with so many wonderful chefs
we chose the one and only Beautiful British Deva Nigella Lawson from the capital of England!

Not only is she a Cooking Goddess but she is an English food writer, journalist and broadcaster.

We celebrated with glasses of our team drink Lively Lemon Gin Tonic

Admitting to Nan that she feels she is not a celebrity chef.
But she isn't kidding us. In our book she is a "Celebrity Chef"
She emphasises that she cooks for her own pleasure, for enjoyment, and that she finds cooking therapeutic just like Buzymomof3 Judy does.

OK! So lets Turn it on!

At the Museum Exhibition we discovered what London was like in Shakespeare's day. Enjoyed it so much Nigella took us on to see Shakespeare's Birthplace is a restored 16th-century half-timbered house situated in Henley Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England, where it is believed that William Shakespeare was born in 1564 and spent his childhood years. It is now a small museum open to the public and a popular visitor attraction, owned and managed by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust. It has been referred to as "a Mecca for all lovers of literature".
