    Do you put the raw chicken on top when u cook it or do u cook the chicken prior to???

    Cooking chicken twice will ruin it. Put it in raw.

    I'd use uncooked chicken since it will cook for 10 hours afterward.

    If you'd accept a comment, 10 hours is a long time for chicken to cook in a slow cooker even on low. If you can, I'd check it after 6 hours. My guess is that it will be shreddable by then.

    I have to agree with this, particularly since the recipe uses chicken breasts.
