Thanks everyone. The steak was very tender considering its size! I love thick steaks because I can get a good sear on charcoal and still have it rare to med rare.

I have to say ... PERFECTION. Wow does that look tasty. A couple of meals for me to finish that, but very nice. Beautiful picture and color; and grilled absolutely perfect. Very nice indeed. NOT to say, the shrimp is also fantastic and the spud. What a great dinner!
