Welcome to Food.com. I'm not really sure how to answer your question. Though, I see where the quantity made vs. the serving size and servings per recipe might be confusing. This recipe will make 24 "miniture" muffins. I would probably allow 2 per person(at least) if I were making this for myself, or to take to a pot luck event. Actually, I'd probably say it's only two servings....12 at a time, if I was going to eat them all myself icon_cool.gif icon_wink.gif

Just one what? Are you asking about making this as a cake?
A mini-muffin pan cup only holds about one tablespoon of batter, and a standard mufin cup holds 1/4 to 1/3 cup. If you wanted to make a cake you'd have to multiply this recipe to suit the volume of the pan you planned to use.
The reviews would probably be helpful in this case.

This recipe uses only 1/2 cup flour - if you want to bake it as a single cake instead of using mini cupcake pan, you would need to bake it longer, but it will not be a lot of cake no matter what.
