    Chicken Vindaloo question on recipe by Lorrie in Montreal

    Not sure where the tamarind paste comes in to the recipe. Is it just added on top of the Chicken Vindaloo at the end of cooking? Is this recipe suppose to be served over rice? What other dishes should be served with this if any? Help!
