Thank you to my teammates for another wonderful swap. To Pat and LP I would like to extend a word of thanks for the wonderful reviews and photos. BK, I hope you enjoy the recipes you chose....
I'm not sure what lies around the corner for us. My husband informed the family that we will be moving (again) to CA were he hopes to get a better job. This means moving in with his mom, SIL, and two of her kids (possibly her 3rd along with her new husband as they are thinking of relocating to CA as well). Adding 6 more people to that mix seems like a recipe for disaster...no pun intended. So, for any of my praying fellow foodies out there, please keep my family and I in your thoughts and prayers. I will probably be missing in action for quite a while as I will not be doing much cooking (other then what I am told to cook). Peter, *Jubes* please keep me on the zmail list for reminders though just in case.

So sorry to hear of your travails ! Hope the family "get-together" is brief and calm, and good jobs are waiting. Will be thinking and praying for a happy outcome -- please keep us informed.

Just wanted to let you know that I have not forgotten about my recipes. I have made the Sweet and Sour Chicken by Peter J and will post my review and photo soon. I will have the remaining two recipes completed either Friday or Saturday. My MIL is in the hospital and will hopefully be coming home today. Between daily trips to the hospital and taking care of my FIL, I haven't had much time for making new recipes. I will have them done and reviewed before the end of the month.
P.S.
Please send out prayers for my MIL. She has colon cancer and was suppose to have the mass removed today, but was diagnosed eight days ago with C diff colitis which is extremely contagious. She is doing much better and they are hoping to send her home today for two weeks. We are hoping she will be well enough to have the mass removed in a couple of weeks. We believe in the power of prayer and want her to be over this ordeal soon. Thanks, in advance, to my Food.com family!
