There was a small Perian eating place, kinda "fast food" take out, with the most wonderful Pesian food you can imagine in my hometown Freiburg. The owner cooked everything himself, only fresh and original ingredients, and he had four different dishes each day. Heaven!!

Hello or Salam as they say in Iran, my friends I will be on my trip to Iran quite soon. Internet is up and running today in our new house with all things new in the kitchen! I can't wait to taste some home made Persian delicacies. And get back to my tagging obsession.
