Oh, boy, I'm sorry - wish you could send some degrees over. Isn't it unfair how temperature is distributed?!?

I was trying so hard to answer Elmotoo the ice cream review icon_biggrin.gif I finally realised I can't review my own recipe icon_wink.gif You did everything right, the chunks of frozen cream are supposed to be in the ice cream, that's why Iranians love it so much.

I haven't been here for so long I can barely remember how to do anything icon_rolleyes.gif The switch took so long I went ahead and started writing my recipes on a blog, now it's taking so much time I can barely post anywhere else.

If I can remember how to do it I might post some more Iranian recipes icon_smile.gif

HELLO, LM & WELCOME BACK!!! It's so good to see you here! The ice cream...but are the chunks of cream supposed to be icy? I imagined them to be hard & creamy. It still tastes heavenly. icon_smile.gif

Even if you don't submit new recipes, please do tag something!

    Girls, girls, girls... Listen up,

I just made the best recipe that was registered in the Persian/Iranian section but I don't feel it belongs there but I had to share anyways

Uyghur Polo (Pilaf) #411849 by mpevans I would say it tastes "Afghani-ish"

I would give this recipe an A+!

    That looks incredibly good!
