I once went to a party with my grilling basket and a selection of veggies - potatoes parboiled, green beans, scallions, summer squash etc; grilled everythning and served with aioli/flavored mayonnaise sauces. Wildly successful....

    No real recipe to follow.
We top and de-seed and de-vane green and red peppers. We then stuff them with mushrooms, onion, and cheese. Place on grill and cover. Grill and smoke until tender and the cheese is melted.
    Makes a great side.

Opps! forgot to mention pine nuts make a good addition.

Again no real recipe to follow:

    1 lb. fresh green beans
2 tbls butter or olive oil
    2 garlic cloves minced
    3 sprigs fresh rosemary
    1 tbls lemon juice

Place all in the center of a large piece of foil. Fold over foil to make a tight package place on the grill over indirect heat. Turn once after about 5 min. and continue to grill for about 5 more minutes or until steam is coming out of the foil folds.
