    I accidentally bought granulated tapioca, instead of the flour/starch. Do you think I could put it in my wheat grinder to make the flour?

    I think that should work, provided you can grind it to a really fine texture.

    I'm going to try a little and see how it comes out. Otherwise I have whole lot of tapioca I won't know what to do with! LOL
