My sister's 7 month old baby is allergic to the aforementioned items. Since she is breastfeeding, my sister must therefore abstain from these things. We are all going on a family vacation next week. I can easily adapt my recipes when it comes to savory items. But
I am having trouble finding vegan recipes for dessert that don't contain soy.
I would love to surprise my sister and be able to make her a dessert that she can actually eat.
On a side note, she also has two other children with dairy allergies. And if we make ice cream, we usually would use soy milk for theirs. But then my sister won't be able to partake if I made a soy ice cream.
So does anyone have any ideas for dessert?
