I am looking for a zucchini brownie that uses nothing but zucchini for the moisture (I think). icon_redface.gif I am sure I found that recipe here a couple years ago but I cannot find it now.

Does anyone have that out there in their recipe file that can quick link me to it?

    Thanks.

Not sure by what you mean by no moisture - no milk or water, or no eggs, no oil?

This recipe uses eggs which act as a leaven, Best Zucchini Brownies Ever

There are not that many zucchini brownie recipe in the database, http://www.food.com/recipe-finder/all/zucchini-brownies#

I am trying to remember if there are eggs in the recipe (it has been a couple years since I made these). I want to say no. I am thinking that I just added the shredded zucchini to the dry ingredients. Perhaps it wasn't this site that I found the recipe. But if I do find it and it is not here I will post it.

    Thanks.

I did a quick internet search, what I found is that all the zucchini brownie recipes I looked at either contain applesauce, oil, or egg. :?

Perhaps one of these will work for you:

Thanks much for looking. I just bet you had nothing better to do today than to help me find a recipe that I hadn't used in a loooong time (oh and yeah, I should have printed and kept, hmm). icon_redface.gif
I will try that one with applesauce. It may be just as good.
