Low fiber vegetarian diet - help?

Does anyone else do a low residue vegetarian diet? I'm sticking with eggs, potatoes (sweet and white), white bread, yogurt, white rice, etc.

I would like some variety, but I am required (medically) to have very little fiber at this time. Obviously I am lacto-ovo which helps, but hoping someone else might have suggestions.

    TIA!

    Hey there chef! wave.gif

WELCOME to this forum, its great to see you! icon_biggrin.gif
Im not familiar with the diet you're currently on, but Im glad you already found something to look through and shared your find with us. If I find a good low fiber recipe Ill be sure to let you know and Im sure other people will be around to share suggestions, too. If you like you could also ask in the Q&A forum as there is more traffic in that forum, so more people might see your request. It might help to explain a bit more, what you can/cannot eat.
