Is there any reasonable way to make a phyllo recipe gluten free? I have access to gluten free puff pastry sheets, but it's not the same, is it?

I have not come across any. I have seen spelt phyllo in the health food shop. I made it with regular phyllo for regular people....

have fun! happy cooking! I'll update tomorrow. today I am stretching myself thin trying to get caught up on my own reviews before they are out of control. I've been up since 5:30 yesterday morning and it's catching up with me FAST. It stinks to re-realize you're not 20-something anymore.
GO! TAG!! COOK! EAT!! I'll get it recorded for posterity tomorrow!
