    I love Mediterannean and North African cuisine, I'm sure that I will find something.
    First of all now I will look if I find something with cauliflower. I have one that needs to be done. If not I have some green beens!

    I've found!

    Roast the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes until top edges are golden brown.
    Season with just a bit of sea salt.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with Dukkah.

    With the Dukkah as well some bread and olive oil wil fit perfectly together.

    I did it!
    tabbakh's Easy As Pita Bread, with Rita~'s Dukkah/Duqqa (Pronounced Doo-Kah), roasted cauliflower and olive oil!


    This was our great dinner! We really enjoyed it and we didn't need more!

    Good morning, my DH will bring his Canadian friend over today and I will be making Egyptian Style Stuffed Cabbage Leaves (Mashy Crump) with a bit of ground beef added. It's an Egyptian recipe I have made quite a few times and totally recommend though it takes time to put together. We will have it along with carrots cooked in the same pot and mashed potatoes.
