interesting. i would think chicken a better sub for rabbit than beef? I wonder if I can find Molokhia Leaves around here?

Oh was it for a sub.. I know they do make molokhia with chicken. Also know rabbit is popular in Egypt.
I found some before in Middle East shop. I heard you can get them in the frozen section as well as fresh. I tried the fresh.
