No, but it's something I've watched second hand for quite a while. Have you considered trying trigger point therapy? It's basically a form of deep massage done on certain muscles. Not trying to sell you anything, I promise, but here's a link to a good book on it. Maybe your library has it.
TNPTP is considering putting a washing machine in their kitchen to be hooked up to the kitchen sink since they don't have a proper hookup.

Although I havent done that myself, I have seen it done very successfully, in fact, hooked up to a bathroom sink. So it certainly does work
TNPTP is feeling a bit irritated due to unrealistic expectations (not mine)

My mom actually came over today, took a look at my kitchen, and is now planning to rig the whole thing into the pipes under my sink if the land lord okays it.
TNPTP is going to a buffet tomorrow with their in-laws.

Not yet.. I have some to take as needed when the arthritis I have flares up some but nothing regular yet.
TNPTP was out in the cold rain today
Thanks KM, I am wearing a Thermocare Heat Wrap and that helps. At around 2PM I can take the meds that make me goofy..OK, goofier than usual...LOL. I had two doses of meds yesterday including last night and I slept pretty well.... but after running errands this morning I can't wait until I can take the meds!

Eh. I'm kind of indifferent to it. And I don't plan on buying much, just baking about ten dozen cookies a few days before it.
TNPTP is warming up to collard greens even though they thought they never would.

Tnptp had a mouse in their house
(it ran in when I was letting the dog outside. We have a walk out basement and it ran in to get out of the cold. No worries, I caught it and let it loose outside. Poor little mouse was so scared with Maggie cat starring him down and my mom screaming. LOL)
